Creating a Steampunk wedding at Lawry’s took a lot of collaboration from both the couple and their vendors. During the day the entire restaurant is available for groups of 25 to 450. The Main Dining Room can seat up to approximately 250 guests (depending on setup). It is available for daytime private events only. The Vintage Room accommodates up to 35 guests for dining. The Oak Room can seat 125 guests theater style for the ceremony and 80 guests for dining.
Fees & Deposits
-There is no room charge for private events. Ceremonies or requested dance space held in the Oak Room require a $350
- A party deposit is required for 20% of the estimated food charges based on the estimated guest count. Final payment is due the day of your event.
-There a food and beverage minimum:
$900 minimum for a luncheon,
$1,200 minimum for a private dinner on Monday thru Thursday,
$2000 minimum for the Vintage Room Friday nights.
$5000 minimum for the Oak Room.
These minimums do not include tax, carver & bartender fee, gratuity, or valet
- A $350 deposit is required for ceremonies in the Oak Room.
A bar can be provided. There is a $20 corkage fee per bottle if you bring your own, but you can not bring your own liquor.
