Nintendo fans Van and Luke wanted to go back to their childhood with their 8-bit themed wedding stationary without looking too much like a kid’s party.  Gourmet Invitations delivered and did a great job at meeting the couple’s request. Tifany, the owner of Gourmet Invitations liked the idea of doing something different, “I probably had more fun designing these bitmap invitations than any I have ever done…I had a bit of fun and named the nine course dinner courses as levels to go along with the video game theme.”

Tifany started out making her own wedding decor “back then, most couples ordered invitations from catalogs. I ordered my invitations, but decided to make the rest of the paper goods–programs, place cards, table numbers–by hand, by myself.”  Soon afterwards she found herself doing the same for friends and family, and eventually, for her clients through Gourmet Invitations.
