Episode IV: A New Look
You may have noticed that my little blog got a new look today. I wanted to clean up the design and change out the header photo, but the main reason was the old look somehow broke on that web address and wouldn’t update through the control panel. I couldn’t switch out the featured slider images or change the design other than add new posts and widgets. I even tried re-installing the same theme with no luck, and in the end, I had to switch from whengeekswed.com/blog1 to whengeekswed.com/blog (which also redirects to whengeekswed.com).
Here is what has changed with the new design:
A New Header And Logo
New Social Media Buttons: I added StumbleUpon, Reddit, Buffer and Delicious buttons to the bottom of the posts.
Removed Large Ad Banner

The RSS feed is pointing to the old blog feed, not the new one.

Is the girl in this photo Hayden Panetierre (or whatever her name is, the Cheerleader is what I call her)? It looks like her here, but not on the banner up there. Just curious (: Totally adore this website!
This is the original banner I had until I found out it was a photo of her. So I changed it up and did a lot of Photoshop work (added bangs, changed hair color slightly, changed the eyes and lips, added a dress and veil). When I originally got the photo the website I got it from said it was okay to use it and never mentioned it was her. So when I found out it was her I Photoshopped the hell out of it to change it up.
