Justine + Hunter’s Harry Potter Themed Engagement

Magic is in the air, well at least at Birmingham’s Morris Ave, where Peach and Oak Photography captured every magical moment of Potterheads Justine and Hunter’s Harry Potter themed engagement shoot.

From the photographer, Peach and Oak Photography:

“Justine and Hunter contacted us and wanted to know if we were up for a slightly nerdy, literary themed engagement session. Of course we were! We didn’t find out until the weekend we were photographing that they chose Harry Potter as their inspiration, which we were absolutely thrilled to bits to photograph.”

“As they started pulling their props together, we absolutely swooned over their wands and Harry Potter books in French and Japanese (which they just so happened to speak). As an actress, Justine fell into character of reading a HP book so easily. She captured the emotions that we all go through beautifully in her facial expressions. They then proceeded to stage a wand duel, that ended in a hug and kiss as the two sides admitted they were in love with the other. This led to the use of the Time Turner, used to stop time and stay in the moment of a lovely and dramatic embrace indefinitely. We had so much fun on Morris Ave in Birmingham, Al. The mix of historical and industrial elements played nicely into our whimsical Harry Potter theme.?”
